View Multiple Mailboxes & hidden contact

by howell.rees . Updated 23 years, 8 months ago

Trying to fit a title into 40 characters is extremely difficult.
Anyway, my question. We use Outlook 2000 on the desktops and Exchange 5.5 on an NT4 Server for approx 45 Clients.
I have 2 issues, the first being that occassionaly another users Mailbox shows up in the Outlook of a completely different user and when we try to look at it, it says that you do not have permission to look at it and to seek advice from the administrator. I am the administrator and haven’t a clue?
Second issue as this is also happening on a PC with the same problem as above. I have just changed the Services properties to accept a new user and when she is sent a business card and attempts to save it to her contacts it goes into a nother users contacts who has nothing to do with the PC. I have looked at addressing in Services and this other user is there, but it is pointing to the new user, plus where it says keep addresses in: I can see 4 contacts folders. Which ever one I use it still puts the address inthis other users contacts.
Very Stuck, don’t know where to go next?
Help, please.
