Viewing messages across all Folders

In nifty feature of Lotus Notes is the ability to view All Documents, vitually merging all your folders into just one. Outlook offers the ability to Find messages across all folders, but that’s just not the same thing.

Any ideas about how to accomplish this, a workaround, or if Microsoft plans on adding this feature?
