Visio 2002 Problem

I am running XP Prof. I have Visio 2002 sp1, Its working fine! EXCEPT when I go close it. as soon as I tell it to close, it reopens! Doesnt matter how I close it.. Task Manager, Red X, File..exit.. it reopens.. Only way to close it is to reboot the computer. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times. Any Ideas??
