VISTA

Peter Gutman (of PGP fame) has recently published an article heade – A Cost Analysis of Windows Vista Content Protection – which is available on: www.cs.auckland.ac.nz/~pgut001/pubs/vista_cost.txt. It is a very interesting article which contains serious implications for users. Strongly recommend that all interested and potential users of Vista read his article. Contains many points concerning the reliability and integrity of the product which Microsoft has not published to my knowledge.

Any comments would be welcome (after reading Gutmann’s article). Perhaps Tech Republic could undertake an in depth analysis.
