Visual Express Developer, configuration takes a very long time!

Hi please help me,

I have recently acquired a copy of Visual Express Developer and am having some difficulites with it.

I have successfully created a package and GPO using WinInstall and Group Policy Management. The auto install of this package works fine! In addition the application works fine BUT only when i am logged onto a machine with a LOCAL profile NOT Roaming (Roaming is majority of what we have here).

When the application is initiated using roaming profile the dialog box appears saying it is configuring Visual Express Web Developer – It does this for about half an hour! If this only happened once per user (i could accept) but as soon as the pc is restarted and the roaming profile user initiates the application again it configures for another half an hour!
