W2K drivers for analog capture device

I recently got a USB analog video capture device from Pinnacle Systems, the Dazzle DVC90, that came with a copy of Instant DVD Recorder (it was packaged as “DVD Maker Plus”), but my operating system is W2K Pro, not Windows XP. The software installs okay, butnot the drivers for the USB device. When the installation wizard runs, everything goes swimmingly, and it seems to find a driver for it (usb.inf), but then it gives an error message. Does anyone know where I can find the correct drivers for this thing? Pinnacle has not been helpful.
