Wages of Computer specialists in the Philippines

I am doing a research and would appreciate feedbacks on wages and benefits of IT positions is the philippines. I am looking at 2 positions.

One is a staff position primarily doing hardware maintenance and repair with basic knowlegde on windows office programs to simultaneously act as a helpdesk/

The other position is supervisory in nature, also focused on hardware maintenance.

You need not state your company but would appreciate if you can give an idea of the size by prividing the ratio of computer specialist to the number of computers being serviced.
