We seem to be sending SPAM

One of my users keeps sending the same message over and over to all of his contacts, what could be the cause of this? I checked the MSIMC QUE, and it doesn’t seem to be coming from us…could another server be re-sending our emails to all of the original recipients ? Help!!!
