Web Content checking recomendations

Hi All,

I need a web proxy that provides the following.

1) Plug in for a URL filter database (like Surfcontrol)
2) Virus scanning of downloads
3) Stability and performance
4) Windows based or an appliance (no unix\linux skills!)
What would other forum members recomend?
