Web enabled frontend for SQL 2000!

The title says a lot. I have an existing SQL 2000 database. I would like to create some “forms” on the web that would enter info into SQL… and with a search key, recreate the same form or parts thereof for printing. In other words I believe I would like to create a new frontend but fully web enabled.
What software (ex. frontpage etc) could I use? and what problems could I expect to run across? I also would be interested in sourcing companies or individuals who may be interested in this project.
