What are the involved parties within a VPN provider company?

Hi everyone,

I am working on a cybersecurity risk management plan and I need to identify involved parties for a VPN provider company. So, basically, my idea is to give remote access through this hypothetical company to those companies that have teleworkers. May someone suggests me some ideas?
