What can i do if important Oracle users were deleted from window system?

I have a Oracle database run on my windows 2000.
Last week, i deleted some users in my window system, and didn’t realize that they are necessary to run Oracle. Now Oracle services can’t be started. Data in Oracle is important and i want rescue them. What can i do? Help me!
