What language is this?

We use outlook 2000 for our interoffice mail. I would send a responce to one of the user’s and where I have my signiture at the end of a message, she would print it out to our hp 5si and it comes back with what looks like Greek letters. We don’t use any language but english.
Dose anyone have a solution?
