What “Spam”Program would you recommend

My e mail default is Outlook Express. I’m getting in excess of 200 e mails a day.
I’m trying to find something easy to use, effective and not costly.
I’ve tried several Spam programs on CNET, but they’re just to complicated.
Any advise would be appreciated.
