where i can download

does any one know where we can download macromedia software for free.. i see their wbsite and the software they selling seems cant be reach.. example the flash cost 699 dollars , for us it cost 38,445 pesos wooooow.. could you please help me.. im just a student and i cant afford those software.. but i want to learn to develop a website… tnx
