Where is “M” gone???

Have Exchange 2000 as part of SBS 2k, everything was working well, OWA etc. However now there is no “M” drive as there was before. Also, in IIS the links for Public, Exchange & Exadmin are no longer functional. Have tried reinstalling Exchange, but that didn’t resove the issue.
