Where is teh eamil going?

Outlook 2003 downloads email just fine (I can see the progress in the lower right corner), but it doesn’t show up in the Inbox. This happened after we made a HD replacement – the old hard drive was failing (but everything worked ok) so we copied all the files to a new hard drive. Everything boots ok, but Outlook email is disappearing.
