WHY PERSONAL FOLDER FILES CAUSE GRIEF

In reading the artical on PST files. I notices that there are unsupported software that can help a user if he/she forgets their password. I support over 500 users on my network, and over half password protect their PST files.
(what a headache) If this software is available, where can It GET IT!
