Why use BootMagic?

Dose anyone suggest the use of BootMagic? Im currently running 3 OS’s: Windows XP, Windows x64, and Windows Vista. Is there any point to using BootMagic? Or is BootMagic only meant for special situations? Just prefference? If so, would you suggest the use of it?
