Win 2003 Ent Srv (32 bit), SQL 2005 Ent (64 bit)

Am installing 32 bit application (x64 support will be available in 6 months). Am also installing SQL 2005 Std x64 on Win 2003 Ent Srv x32. Will this hamper performance of SQL, or should I go x64 bit throughout.
