Win Explorer-Send To Property-RightClick

Can someone advise pls?
Within Windows Explorer you can right click to obtain a properties list.
Currently you can ?Send To? a predefined list.
One of the options is to Send To Desktop (create shortcut)
Can you Send To Mail Recipient (create shortcut) ? i.e. all in ONE operation ?
