win xp driver for my modem

Could you please tell me where I can find a driver for my old modem? I have a Conexant modem. More specificaly I have an HCF56K PCI VOISE FAX internal modem. Well, for almost all the other modems, the driver for win2k should normaly work. I tried itbut… I would be very pleased if you could help me. Thank you.
