Windows 2000 & Exchnage 2000 configurati

Hi,
I have Windows 2000 Advance Server with SP3 in three servers and also MS Exchange 2000 server with SP 3.
My network topology is as follows.

Parent Domain : RUH.Net
Child Domain : JED.RUH.Net
Child Domain : DAM.RUH.Net

How to i configure replication for this three servers.
How to i configure exchange 2000 server and its connectors. (routing group/smtp/….)
