Windows 2000 Problem

I have a HP Omnibook 6100 that my son reformated for my sister. It worked fine could access the internet and everything. It was turned off for 3 days I went to add some programs on it before shipping it to her. Now everytime I try to boot it up I get the In_Accessible_Boot_Device Error STOP 0x0000007B
I cant get in to change anything, cant get in to Safe Mode or any of the options. and when I try to go to Set Up it asks for a password and my son says he didnt put one on…I dont know how to get pass the password and I cant get pass that blue screen of death. Have searched the Net till I’m ready to scream and today my sister called wanting to know when I’m sending the notebook….HELP PLEASE!!
