Windows 2003 Folder Redirection

I have Roaming Profiles working, and now I am trying to get Folder Redirection working. I have edited my domain’s Group Policy so that Application Data, My Documents, and Desktop are all set to “Basic – Redirect everyone’s folder to the same location” and Target folder location to “Create a folder for each user under the root path.” My permissions are the permissions that the Microsoft white pages instruct, but I am still not getting Folder Redirection to work. What am I missing?
