Windows/Word XP file creation problem

I’m running a standalone Windows XP Pro system with Office XP. In it, I have 4 accounts: two with administrator privileges and two limited accounts. In those limited accounts, whenever I open Word, I get a “File Creation Problem” stating that it could not create a file for the Cannon BJC-4300; and I don’t even have that printer! I don’t get the message with the Administrator accounts. I already tried erase the “~temp” files and renaming the “normal.dot” file (Thanks DK), but it didn’t work. Anyother ideas?
