Windows XP & Windows Advanced Server

I am in the process of creating a triple boot system with Windows Pro XP on 6 GIG partition. Win98 on 2GIG partition and Windows 2000 Advanced Server on 4GIG partition. All partitions are on a 40GIG hard drive utilising Fat 32 File system. Are thereany file conflict issues that may arise with installing Win XP and Win 2000 Advanced Server on the same Hard drive.Are there any specific procedures that should be followed as a precuation. Win XP and WIN 98 are already installed and running.
