Winfax Pro 10.0 configuration

Winfax Pro answers the phone with fax tone all the time when set to automatic. I have SBC DSL and am not sure how to configure Winfax to decern data, fax and normal calls. Winfax has something about data and fax call but makes no comments about typical voice calls. Are they the same as data? I’m afraid to change any setting because my DSL is working great and don’t beleive this will fix the problem. I think it may only make matters worse.

Does anyone have the same problem and how didyou fix it? I’ve called SBC, they don’t know and Winfax Pro leaves me scratching my head.

I have Win XP Pro and Office Pro with SBC DSL.
