winfaxpro

I have installed vs 10.0 and i need to uninstall. I get a message missing/corrupt file wfxunist.isu.I followed symantec advise now i get a My-ph-bk can’t be del due to share violations. I have tried following directions on symantec but without success. I have installed it on networkserver nt4.0
