WinFaxPro

I have after several attempts re-installed WinFax Pro 10.03 but now find that I cannot perform backups! I get error messages to the effect “<> C:\Program Files\WinFax\Data\Status.WFB
<> C:\Program Files\WinFax\Data\Status.WFD
The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.”

Anybody got any Ideas to resolve? Symantec useless!
