Winword.exe error

Hi,

One of our user’s when he print a document he’s getting a winword.exe error message. I re-installed MSOFFICE and applied the patch and he’s still getting a problem. The error message is

Winword.Exe
Exception: access violation (0xc0000005), Address: 0x308c33e7
