WinXP and MS Exchange on Win98 – Help!

Hi

We have recently purchased a new PC for our network which is running WinXP Home Ed. All the other PC’s on the network, including the Exchange Server are running Win98 SE.

The problem I have is when setting up the email account in the Mail Profile I get an error message telling me that the computer is unable to connect to the exchange server because “Network problems are preventing connection to the MS Exchange computer.”

The machine is connected to the network OK as I can access all the other machines, printers etc.
