Wireless email problem

I have a client with XP,Office 2003 in an office with 8 other computers using lan cables and wireless routers. THere is also other offices, about 4, in the building, using wireless routers.
When the client is using the lan cables the Outlook email program works fine but when she is using the wireless card, it stalls and then sends or does not send at all.
I checked the card and I get an error, “Another
wireless lan utility is communicating with the wireless lan adapter. To avoid conficts, Proset has temporarley disabled its Profile features”.
Does anyone ha ve any ideas on this one?
