woman trouble!!

Help!!! my woman has a hankering to garner a bit of IT knoladge and would rather that I was not the one to show her( says that she can’t get angry at me then!!!) could someone reccomend a good basic educational software that I could give her??? (She just has the hang of windows but wants a bit more.)
