Word 2000 Saving Error

We are using Office 2000 Standard. When we go to save a document in Word 2000 we get the following error:

Unable to load the resource library. Exit the current application install the resource library and restart your application.

I have reinstalled Office 2000 and I still get the same message.

HELP!!
