Word 2000 – Styles Problems

Q: Why won’t styles print?

Scenario: Document created in Word 97 using styles, now we are using in Word 2000. You can see the style on Print Preview, however, when you print the Title is there, but no contents below. It’s almost like the styles are corrupted. If we redo each style on a page it will then print. However this documents is over 1000 pages and would be a major pain to restyle it all correctly. Is there a quicker fix out there?
