Word 97 on win98 second edition OS

I installed a full version of Office 97 sr-1. I installed the converters and tools as well. In the mail merge, after creating form, when you go to open data source, in the file type window, two file types which are on all the other computers which have this exact version installed, are not listed-dbase file (*.dbf) and Ms Foxpro files *.dbf I have removed the software and reinstalled it and still those file types are not listed. The only access is to view all files which is very time consuming. Any ideas. Thanks
