word and excel shut down

My PC has Office 2000 installed (Word,excel,Powerpoint), and everything is running great.
But after I installed MS Project 2000, I couldn’t use my Office 2000 anymore…
Everytime I open MS Word/Excel/Powerpoint, the application shut down by itself after couple of seconds (5-10 sec)…
Pls help me on this
