Word error message when closing

The teacher in a school computer lab setting has sent the following:
I get an error message every time we close Word. I uninstalled Office and reinstalled twice in an effort to fix, but to no avail. The error message says “Winword.exe has generated errors and will be closed by Windows.”
MS KB has nothing like this that I have found yet. Any suggestions?
