Word XP printing half a page

Users in my company are having similar issues with half pages printing from Word. I thought it was isolated to just the HP 5000 printers, but when they switch to an alternate printer (Tektronix for example) it will eventually do the same thing. BUT when they switch back to the hp5000 it prints normal for a while.

Drivers are the latest and greatest. Servers are Windows 2000, workstations are 2000 Pro. Office is XP Pro.
