Word XP Various Errors (ntdll,oleaut32)

I’m working on a problem with a fresh install of Win 2k, SP2, and Office XP on a MS network. I have seen reports of a network printer causing problems with Word giving errors similar to the following:
“Faulting application winword.exe, version 10.3416.0, faulting module ntdll.dll, version .50.2195.2779, fault address….”

I have also received an error with oleaut32.dll and several “unknown”s

I have tried SP1, SP2 for Office XP, to no avail. Any ideas?
