WORD97 Closes Unexpectedly

Sorry, I know this is an office 2k forum, but I need help.

Have this happening on a few machines.

User will have word open, with a document open inside. When closing the DOCUMENT, all of Word closes out.

This may also happen with the printpreview mode. Once in print preview mode, when they try to close print preview, all of word closes.

The machines are either NT4SP5, or W2KSP2. Office 97 is SP2.
