Writing ISO files to disk

I have the Microsoft Memory Diagnostic tool, but it comes in the form of an .iso file.
How do you transfer this .iso file to disk as a usable application?
I am using NTI-CD as my burning software, but have Nero 6 on disk if it is more useful for this purpose.
