XOCR32B.EXE-omnipg10 caused illegal op.

I’m using omnipage10,an OCR software.When i try to save the file(a scanned document) to ms excel 2000 format. i received a message saying that XOCR32.EXE caused illegal operation and will be shut down. When I clicked the details – it says that XOCR32B caused an exception 03H in module KRNL386.EXE at 0001:00000001. I’ve reinstall the omnipage software several times but the error is still there.

What shall I do?Is that anything happen to my windows component files or anything else?Please help…Thanks…
