XP Outlook – Access Rights Problem!

i have given my pc user as an “users” rights access but how come he cannot view his email in “archive folder”? his “today outlook folder” is ok. os is winxp pro. this problem has caused me to him “computer administrator” rights 🙁

i usually set 2 pst folders for my user as when their mail had archived into archive folder they still can retrieve it from outlook. expert out there please give suggestion. thanks a lot.
