XP using Outlook netfolders

I have one rogue XP user. Everyone else is Win2K.
I have shared a contacts folder in outlook to several users. The XP user is the only one who cannot access the netfolder. What do I need to do to let her access this?

Time is of the essence. don’t you love when users higher in the company make a decision to buy a different OS than everyone else? It makes life so much fun.
