Zoom Webinar – Part of the Audio did not record – Do you know why ?

We recorded a Zoom Webinar and got full video however we noticed a few hours of audio are missing from the recording.
Have you encountered this problem before ?
Do you know why this would have happened ?
How did you resolve it?
