015F:BFF72911 Fatal Exception

I’ve been getting a number of 015F:BFF72911 fatal exception blue screens and I’m trying to troubleshoot what may be going on. I’m trying to check through the typical things to look for.
The only change is a new CD rom a few weeks back. I’m not quite sure if that’s the problem or not. How do I check for a problem. I didn’t see any problems in device manager.
