100% CPU usage

My E2k server CPU usage is 100% after I installed SP3. Store.exe is using between 96-99%, sometimes it goes down to 85%. I stoped and restarted the microsoft exchange store but that did not solve the problem. The exchange is too slow, users can not even open up their outlook.
Please help.
