2 Hard Drives

I have a Digital 5000 PC, running WinNT 4.0, here at work. My problem is this…I have an old Dell GXMT 5166 hard drive that has a file on it that has to be copied to the Digital 5000 PC for a department here. I can’t copy the file because it is to big and there’s no ZIP drives available. I need to install the other hard drive and make it Drive D but I have no idea how to do this.

Can anyone assist? Also, once it’s installed, is it really easy to copy the one file (database file) onto the new hard drive then removing the older hard drive?
